The National Book Development Board, Ortigas Foundation, Lopez Memorial Museum and Library, The Children's Library, and Pinoypoets recently got together for the NBDB Book Club's June meeting.
Unto Thee, Mabi David's poetry collection published by nonprofit small press High Chair, was this month's featured book. The discussion was held last June 20, Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN, at the Ortigas Foundation Library. This program was a part of Book Matters, a two-month-long festival promoting the value of books and reading. Pinoypoets, celebrating their fifth year as an organization, moderated.
